Riddle me this…

Can you solve one or both of these riddles?

Riddle 1.

This is a most unusual paragraph. How quickly can you find out what is so unusual about it? It looks so ordinary, you’d think nothing was wrong with it. Actually, nothing is wrong with it, but it is not as ordinary as you think. If you think about it for a bit you will find what is truly unusual. So what is it?

Unsolved riddle…

Can anyone solve this riddle?

I posted it a few weeks ago but there have been no attempts to solve it.

train19A train leaves from Halifax, Nova Scotia heading towards Vancouver, British Columbia at 120 km/h. Three hours later, a train leaves Vancouver heading towards Halifax at 180 km/h. Assume there’s exactly 6000 kilometers between Vancouver and Halifax. When they meet, which train is closer to Halifax?

Two fathers and two sons sat down to eat eggs for breakfast. They ate exactly three eggs, each person had an egg. The riddle is for you to explain how this could be true.

Can you solve these riddles?

Riddle 1:  Take away my first letter, and I still sound the same. Take away my last letter, I still sound the same. Even take away my letter in the middle, I will still sound the same. I am a five letter word. What am I?

Riddle 2: : If a blue house is made out of blue bricks, a yellow house is made out of yellow bricks and a pink house is made out of pink bricks, what is a green house made of?
