  1. Dear Miss Scarrott,
The main point of this BTN story is to inform others that they shouldn’t spend too much time on social media. A recent report has found that social media is making a lot of teenagers feel upset because they feel left out. Some people feel left out if their friends are somewhere with other friends and taking photos without them. Teenagers should remember that not everything people post is real. I think people could feel better on social media by not believing everything they see and by being themselves. Some disadvantages are that people believe everything they see on the internet and they get upset because they feel left out. Some advantages are people can talk to their friends if they can’t see their friends and that people have fun playing some games on some social medias.

  2. Dear Miss Scarrott,
The point of the video was that kids/teenagers were feeling left out and sad because they thought they weren’t as good. Not use social media or don’t pay attention to what you read.
On social media you can sometimes learn stuff or you can see stuff you shouldn’t.

  3. Dear Miss Scarrott,
Be careful what you are posting on social media because it can influence others.
A recent report has found that social media is making a lot of teenagers feel anxious because they think they are being left out.

If someone sees their friend put up a picture of them being out somewhere they will feel left out because they weren’t invited.

People must know that everything on the screen is not true, 70% of models in magazines and (or) social media are photo shopped.

The only advantage that really comes from social media is being able to communicate with friends and things. But… There are countless disadvantages like: Getting cyber bullied, Feeling left out when a friend puts up a picture, People will say stuff they wouldn’t say to your face.

  4. Dear Miss Scarrott,
The main point of this story is that things on social media are way different to the real world. A recent report has found that social media is making a lot of teenagers feel left out and upset. Some teenagers feel like they are missing out on things they see on social media because they see all their friends taking photos together and they feel upset and jealous that there not with their friends and it makes some teenagers feel like there life isn’t as good as that person’s life. People can feel better about what they see on social media by thinking to them self that it’s just a photo. People can think to them self that nobody life is perfect. The advantages of being on social media is its fun and you can talk to your friends. The disadvantages of being on social media are some people act like a different person when there on social media.

    4. Either don’t have social media or don’t look at the photos or videos.
    5. Put post on social media that you know is right and don’t embarrass yourself.
    6. Advantage: if not many people follow not many people can say things about you. Disadvantage: if you have lots of people following you more people can make fun of you.

  6. Dear Miss Scarrott,
I think that the point of the story was don’t send something that’s not true and can hurt other people online.
The new research has showed that when people send things that are not true can hurt other people’s feelings.
Stay off sites you don’t know about.
